Limewire will be illegal this time in the Philippines

Last night when I was watching news over GMA7 Edu Manzano an Optical Media Board president announce that using Limewire is illegal. This is the primary source of piracy.
I’m not against to him since this is true. But, how he can or his team manage to control and to the point that no body use limewire. We all know that it’s hard to control users from P2P world.
Well, let’s hope that they will make it. Good luck to Manzano’s team in case.
