Got My Self an iPad 2

I have said this I think last year that, What’s the point of having an iPad? Well, I may say that I swallow my word. I just bought my self a brand new 32 GB wifi-only white iPad 2. She’s just so beautiful.

I’m still wondering what will I do with it. Should I start to have an iPad compatible website? A mobile site? I will think first. Anyway, I really love how the iPad perform, the graphics and the whole bunch of Apps from the app store. Entertaining and fun!

Hi dear! It’s been almost a long, long month sice I’ve posted here. Well, at least I tried to post

Ok, go on to my story. As most of you known that I’ve lost my phone a year ago. Well, I just got a new one! I bought SE Xperia X10i. It’s far different from my old lost iPhone but then again, it’s just sweet as candy. Let me talk about the sweetness of this thing.

8.1 MP Camera

And it rocks. From macro to infinity the output looks like eternity. Well, not really. I just said that just to make the word rhyme but seriously, the camera is just awesome. The output is great! I love it (isn’t it obvious on my words? haha!)

Messaging

Oh, well, the messaging. Its good though the keypad is not that great. It doesn’t support multi-touch so you’re ending up on hanged words or I may say unpressed key. I hope the next OS/firmware update will fix this.

Features

Overall features is nice, though it lack support on FM radio which I badly needed, multi-touch capability, and nothing else as far as I remember. The only thing is the firmware update. I hope Sony will have them soon.

Sad.

Well, this is life. We must strive for a better future. I am just too emo. It’s hard to leave your friends and the culture that I have here for the past 2 year of working, but, I know they can understand specially Cris. My day will change starting from breakfast, to lunch and to the day that we go home together. I will miss my friends that I share my life with. I will miss all of them, but, I have to. This is just the start of my new career.

All I want to say is, Thank Youu for sharing your life to me, for the laughter we’ve shared and the OT’s we’ve made.

Happy Birthday

It’s my big day again. Today is my birthday. This is the first time I’m celebrating my birthday outside home without my family. I have a work today and I need to finish my task then after work we will have an outing. It’s gonna be a good day ahead.

Last birthday, I bout an iPod nano. Today I bought underwater camera. Though it’s cheap, it’s still beautiful and at least I have a new camera. Wondering what would be my next birthday present, a telescope, not the ordinary one but the one with high magnification. I want to see the sky at night.

Well, I don’t know what will happens next. Happy birthday to me!

I almost forgot, Cris bought me a very beautiful timex watch

Trying Out Sun Broadband Wireless

As they are many out there who didn’t enjoyed using their sun broadband wireless (sbw), I still able to get it. I go to the nearest sun shop and applied for a sun easybroadband which is much easy and hassle free application because it only require you to present 1 valid I.D. right after you have to pay their modem plus 1 month advance so more or less 1600 pesos.

The only this I don’t like on their application process is waiting almost 24 hours before you can use your 3g broadband. After almost 24 hours, it successfully got signal. I connect and browsed the internet.

If you’re asking about the speed, I got 799 plan with up to 2mbps connection speed (I hope it’s true). Well, after almost 3 hours of testing, the speed is average, I get 1.3 mbps speed, though most of the time it disconnects which I don’t know the reason why. Well, lest see what will be next.

Time to Move On.

I just filled a resignation on my current company and exactly one month I’ll be off and start a new life on another company. It’s hard since I grew here, I love the people and mostly, I love my dual monitor computer haha.

Well, thats life. Every people needs to move on to a better changes. The only difference is on how we face it. Ano naman ang connect nito? hahaha wala lang nasabi lang But seriously, the very hard part of being employed is the time when you need to leave the company. For me, I’m getting hard to find new friends — a very close friend since I’m not that friendly and approachable when we’re not close friend. Well, I need to face it. Another challenge to face, a new environment needed to adapt and a new life to begin on another company.

Last week I applied for a position Client-Side Developer. After a few minutes or about 15 minutes or so, they called. They phone interview me and scheduled for an interview with their hiring manager.

On Holy Thursday, I prepared my self. I woke up early, yes it’s literally early. 3 in the morning. I fix my self quickly to make it for a 6:30 am interview. I arrived at their office at 6 AM and they immediately interviewed me. It’s quite fast and no more technical interviews. Just a plain talk. After about 15 minutes, I’m done.

Since it’s holy week and there’s no work, I just enjoyed my vacation. It’s monday and a familiar number was called. I missed it. But after a few minutes they called again. It was the HR who called me last Wednesday. She told me that I was passed the final interview. I didn’t expect that it was a final interview. Well, I was so happy with that call.

After 5 days. They contact me again, my job offer is ready. Tomorrow I will know what would be my salary (that’s the greatest question) and I still crossing my finger.

Holy Week

It’s been a great year today that I celebrated holy week with my family.

Its holy week again meaning its a long, long weekend. Maybe that’s the greatest day for us who are employed. Well, that’s just for me Before the holiday starts, I applied one, yes only one application to a certain company in Ortigas. But, enough for that.

When I’m on bus going home, I noticed that there’s no heavy traffic in EDSA which is quite unusual. I hope that I experience the same during regular days. But, I have to face the truth that ESDA is the deadliest road on the Philippines according to my self haha!

Holy Wednesday. We have work for this day. I go home early. I am about to prepare my self to leave the bus but then, buses are not allowed. I don’t know why. I just go with the flow hahahaha (flow??, I don’t know the english term haha). I walked about 500 meter and found out that there’s a prusisyon na nagaganap. This is the first time I saw this kind of procession on my 14 years of stay in Dasmarinas. So, I watched the whole thing.
Holy Thursday. That night, we’ve attended the so-called last supper with my Mom.
Good Friday. We attended the burial of the dead. Have some holy mass with Mom, my sister and my niece.
Black Saturday. Went to Cris’ house. Went home late night because I attended a some kind of a midnight mass I think also called “easter mass” all by my self.
Easter Sunday. I didn’t get a chance to go to church. I have no money na pamasahe

Well, holy week, week for me is quite God centered. I’m praying that I get the job that I applied for and enjoyed staying at home with my family.
